Fixed infinite waiting inside obs-websocket-dotnet when connection is lost in the middle of notification showing. For example, when changing a profile that specifies a different connection port in obs-websocket.

Added logger, and now logger is used everywhere instead of just Console.WriteLine. Logs now located in %APPDATA%\OBSNotifier.

Added more events that are recorded into logs.
